Yogurt & Marmalade

A slightly sweet snack is so easy to put together. It satisfies the sugar cravings as well as provides some fat to satisfy your hunger until your next big meal.

All you need is:

  • 2-3 spoonfuls of full-fat yogurt

  • 1-2 teaspoons of marmalade

Rosewater Biscuits

A light and airy treat that is perfect with coffee or tea in the morning or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour​

  • 1/3 cup full-fat milk

  • 1/3 cup rose water

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • pinch salt

Prepare:​

  1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mix all ingredients

  3. spoon onto a cookie sheet

  4. bake for 25 minutes

Heart-Warming Cheesecake

This light and airy, but heartwarming cheesecake will leave you feeling blissful and serene.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkg Cream Cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 cup of Sugar

  • 2 cups of Sour Cream

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp Flour

  • pinch of Salt

Prepare:​

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. line baking pan with parchment paper

  3. mix all ingredients in mixing bowl

  4. pour into baking pan

  5. bake for 1.5 hours

A sweet, sweet snack that is so enjoyable, it should be indulged in sparingly.

All you need is:

  • 2-3 spoonfuls of full-fat yogurt

  • 1-2 teaspoons of blueberry preserve
