Removing old layers of protection,
Baring my soul, I'm no longer afraid.
I open the window and the cool air rushes in and bathes my skin. I feel clean and refreshed. No more shame, No more doubts, I am renewed inside and out.
Stagnant memories holding me down, float away once and for all.
Light and unbridled, I learn how to fly.
